This is just a comedy that tries to hide itself in horror and despair, kinda like Deadpool or any dark comedy. Also, the lore drops this series has is incredible honestly, only problem is having to constantly pause and look through them to learn about everything.
I usually just say that its a sci-fi comedy with horror elements.

Ok so this story takes place on a planet called Copper 9, which was used to mine copper. The robots were the ones who did the mining until the humans got suddenly wiped out, as well as any living creatures on copper 9. It was speculated that the humans on earth saw this and sent out the murder drones to kill the robots that remained, however recently the creator of murder drones made a statement saying the murder drones weren’t made by humans, so it’s more likely that Cyn(a character shown later) was the cause. The reason N regenerated when being shot is because his head was the one that was shot. J’s entire torso and head were shot, which effectively killed her. Because of the humans mistreating robots since the dawn of time, Uzi wants to kill them. As for disassembly drones, they cannot go in the sunlight or it will burn them, kinda like vampires.
the fact i've watched all eps and stil didn't know the planet was called Copper 9 kinda shows they weren't as good explaining things, but as the episodes go on I think the the writers have gotten better :) but yeah the first episode always felt a bit confused/info loaded to me
@@katy2176-p3m Yeah I can understand how it could be a lot to take in, Uzi does mention it in the first couple of seconds but if the watcher was not paying close attention the detail of “Copper 9” could have easily been missed because of how quick everything was.
Uzi has always wanted to murder humans since when she found out the company left the murder drones one-time landing pot she thinks that maybe the worker drones and murder drones could work and fix to the maybe leave the planet. She’s mad that the humans left them alone on a planet to die by the murder drones.
The humans died due to a core collapse of Copper-9, at the opening of Ep.1 you'll see that the core was collapsing. Secondly, J did die, but the Absolute Solver was activated and thus, things got really messy in Ep.2

the reason N survived the blast is cus uzi missed, when she tries to shoot again she says "i wont miss this time" which meant N got hit only on the head that he can regrow, but the second bot she blasted lost half the body
It was not a missed shot that allowed N to survive, but rather the Absolute Solver program. If a Disassembly Drone takes damage, the program remakes the lost area. Uzi did not miss her shot, in fact, he had a perfect headshot on N. However, N has the power of regeneration, which is why he survived. In Episode 2, J's body was seen leaving the original spot where Uzi blasted her, and the Absolute Solver program stated that it was remaking J. Additionally, in the last episode of Murder Drones, Uzi's finger regenerated after being cut, and in another episode, when V slid Uzi, she was able to regrow her body parts.
To summarize, Uzi did not miss the shot, N has the ability to regenerate due to the Absolute Solver program, and Uzi only thought she missed because she did not know about N's powers. Does that make sense?
And lastly if Uzi did blasted N in half, the Absolute Solver will kick in, and he will become Eldrige
The reason N survived is because he only got shot in the head. J got shot, and her CORE got damaged. The core is the little crawly things that activates their absolute solver if damaged, because if their core is damaged they can't regen, which is the reason why their eldritch forms kill drones (to gain bodyparts to regenerate)

Some things you missed: The robots are not on Earth, they're on a planet called Copper 9. All the humans on Copper 9 are dead, but there are humans on other planets including Earth. The parent company (JC Jenson) is made by humans. Uzi was always against the humans, not because of the blast (or whatever it is) J fired.
Please tell me in the replies if i missed something!
What J fired was a highly charged Electromagnetic Pulse, or EMP, and it's very effective in corrupting data and shutting down any electronic devices.

This isn't spoilers or anything, but the code of the drones' AI works kind of like DNA. This means they can take parts of their existing code and use them to make a new AI in a new drone body. This is how they have children. Also, the drones use a learning AI that changes their personalities depending on each of their own experiences. This allows them to have human characteristics.
Some details i want to mention cause theyre important for the other episodes:
In 31:44 uzi's visor glitch and if u look carefully, at first it says "absolute solver string=false"
But immediately after that the string changes to "True"
Also in 18:55 , you can see the code lines above saying: absolute solver blocked by administration "CYN" and you gotta keep that in mind for future lore stuff
In my opinion you go too heavy on the spoiler. Use the time code to point the right moment but don't also spell out the clue directly. You have to let people figure out the information. If you spoil everything at the start, you eliminate every send of mystery. And this show is heavily based on mystery.

Lots of people missed one Solver on Uzi’s screen
Remember that the pilot for murder drones came out on the 20th of October in 2021 and episode 2 came out on the 19th of november in 2022. An entire season of meta runner came out in that time.

Yeah, for clarification, they're not on earth but on an exoplanet called Copper 9. Also Uzi decided to kill all humans when she learn that the murder drones are just send here by the humans (without ways to return ). As for why J don't Regen like N, guess you'll have to watch EP 2 : ).
Here is an explenation of everything without really spoiling much:
- Uzi wants to kill the entire human race, for abandoning them and trying to kill them all.
- Uzi puts her hand into the mouth of N because the murder drone saliva regenerates nanites.
- The other murder drone (J) did get killed because Uzi shot her through the torso, and N got shot in the head which isnt the main part of the body.
- Uzi was sneaking at her house to get the key because she thought her dad was home.
- No, the action takes place on Copper 9, humans are on another planet.

Michael Kovach, voice of N, is also the voice actor of Jax in the digital circus. He’s in a bunch of indie animation, even voiced a few characters in poppy playtime.

KEEP THE SUBTITLES. Sometimes, especially in later episodes, things move very quickly and it can be difficult to understand what the characters are saying / what they mean. The subtitles help a lot.
A quick heads-up for future episodes: The story isn't linear. The story will hop between a couple of different ideas that get tied together in the later episodes. Time also passes between each episode, so things may be confusing at the start of an episode. You'll probably have a lot of questions, but most of them won't begin getting answered until around episode 5 or 6. Try to retain as much information as you can because information from one episode might turn up in another random episode. This is what I've learned after watching many other people react to this. I hope this helps!

In the first episode, Uzi wanted to kill all humans because she believes they abandoned her and her kind on the planet Copper-9, and then sent the Disassembly Drones (also known as Murder Drones) to exterminate them. If you pause the video when Uzi's eye glitches, you'll see that a string has been set to "True", which is related to the Absolute Solver. The second episode will provide more details about the Absolute Solver and on Uzi's eye or visor turns yellow when it glitches. The first episode ends with the arrival of more characters in the landing pods.

Something I recommend is looking at the scenes where there are error messages or code on display, as they have a lot of details in them regarding plot and lore, so maybe rewatch episode one and take a good look at these scenes :)

For context:
The dissasembly drons where sent by JC Jenson(In SpaAaAcE) as presumebly, they werent a fan of runaway A.I and they might of worried that the robots started the winter apocalypce.
The planet that they reside in is NOT Earth. Its an exo-planet called Cooper-9 in the year 3071.
Uzi plans to kill all humans because of what they are to the robots and as revenge for what happened to Uzi's mother. (Who is an important character to this story) From what I can gather and so on.
Hope this (somewhat) makes sense!

Meta runner could also be a show to know some lore of the amazing digital circus and a bit of murder drones, meta runner has 3 seasons and it's a bit long but it's definitely worth the watch
They are on a completely different planet that humans also lived on, and Uzi wants to kill all humans for just everything they did, so she didn't "turn evil".
As a longtime Fan of not only MD, but Glitch Productions and SMG4 as a whole, this makes me Very Happy :>

It seems like, at 21:58, you missed how her dad was panicking and flashing back to when his wife was killed. Yes it’s not good that he left his daughter behind but it was done because of a trauma response not lack of love

How TF was I suppose to know a murder drone had killed his wife or that he was having flashbacks in that scene?! It wasn't very well conveyed! All it showed was N's face all blurry and then the dad's hand shaking. To a new viewer, that just looks like he was too terrified of N to help.

@@traehignight Oh, that part. Tbh, it was so difficult to even hear what he was saying in that moment for me since I have hearing problems + it was using a voice filter thing. And I never bothered to go back to check subtitles.
The reason that N grew his head quickly while J didn’t is bec her injure is much deeper than him, uzi only shot N’s head and kinda missed while she shot J’s whole body
There is actually more lore to this point on how it works but it contains spoilers so I won’t be explaining now, also I suggest u always do a rewatch to understand better and to try spot hidden details that u missed bec u missed some stuff here (I’m not only talking about this ep but all episodes)
As for the planet thing, they are on a planet called Coper-9 were humans mine copper and sent drones to mine there, the core of the planet exploded and all humans on Copper-9 died so yea earth is still fine-

I've been into the show since the pilot first originally released, but episode 2 is what got me into thinking more about the lore than the story itself. (if...that makes sense.) the Absolute Solver being hinted at all the way from the pilot is so great. and the fact we only recently uncovered that just goes to show how great Liam Vicker's *TWISTEDDDDD MINNDDDDD* is at writing and foreshadowing.

It’s pretty clear that Liam had a pretty good idea about where he wanted his story to go.
As a story writer myself, I really look up to Liam. He’s made quite the accomplishment in making Murder Drones, and I think that saying I’m obsessed is an understatement.
It was really fun to go back to episode 1 after episode 3 and see J’s bullet swerve around Uzi. I looked closer, I had to slow it down all the way to 0.25x speed, but I did catch a noticeable glimpse of the absolute solver in Uzi’s eye when that happened.
It’s just so fun to make brand new discoveries all by yourself. It’s exhilarating.

Uzi (the main character)in the Pilot saw the humans only as a careless beings that enslaved them, as well humans are not fully extinct yet because the population on neptune is fully gone but not on earth.
To answer your question Bijuu, the humans are calling the worker robots corrupted and so they sent the murder drones to kill them. N had told her earlier on and then being betrayed by her own father gave her no reason to stay meaning that there was nothing to hold her back from leaving to kill all humans to enact her own revenge.
You will love the rest of the episodes, trust me

Sup man big fan, just wanted to explain and set somethings since u had a lot of questions so here are the anwsers:
1.The reason N regenerated was because it was only a small portion of his body with J loosing a lot more with the damage being more devastating since they cant regenerate large poryions of there body.
2. Only the murder drones cant go outside since they will overheat and die basicly saying dehydrate and the oil is there only source of food.
3.Uzi isnt necesarly evil and she already hated humans and wanted revange for abandoning them and sending the murder drones after them.
4.The planet there on is not earth it is a different planet and the people on the planet where there for the drones and the ores.
5.Yeah u already know but Uzi is Khans daughter but Uzi dosent get along with him and if u noticed he prefers doors more then his own daughter.
6.If u noticed closly Uzi had a weird simbol on her right eye and when N was being programed it said something interstaing
But thats all u need to know and some clarifications about the first ep but theres going to be more uncoverys and information so its going to be important to look and with every ep theres going to be more and more hidden info.

The Disassembly (Murder) Drones have no cooling system installed, and can only cool down by drinking oil from worker drones. This is why they can't go in the sun, as they'd get insanely heated super fast.

So if any of you guys dont understand, i will.
So uzi is an angsty teen. Their parent company, (the ones who made them) found another planet, created robots to work and mine that planet for them (the robots are calls worker drones), and stayed in earth. But the other humans that were working along with them were kinda stupid and destroyed themselves by exploding a plane, ending up in killing all humans that were on that planet and leaving some robots remaining. But once their parent company realized that the robots have a mind of their own and have a new civilization, they can no longer control them. So they made new robots. These robots are called “murder drones”. They’re programmed to kill all worker drones because their parent company doesnt like that fact that they cant control their worker drones anymore. So the civilization tries to find a way to inhabitate earth and destroy all humans so they can have a happy place, but they gave up on that plan but uzi is still going on that goal.

lol, lore so basically the absolute solver the infection makes them want to kill all humans Uzi beginning to have the infection starts to think about that. You can see the absolute solver symbol in one second frames and all the humans aren't dead. They're just on other planets because the planets they're on right now is copper nine and the humans wipe their existence from that planet alone

The pilot isn't the best at explaining things so here's a couple things:
1. They aren't on earth. It said in the beginning that they were on a exoplanet called copper 9.
2. Murder drones have to kill worker drones to ingest their oil to avoid overheating.
3. The parent company sent the murder drones to kill all the worker drones and didn't give them a way back to earth so we can assume they left the murder drones to die (because after all the worker drones are gone they won't have any oil to eat and therefore they will die too) so Uzi wants to go to earth and take revenge on humans for dooming all the drones.

The story gets more complicated as you go on, I would suggest rewatching some of the episodes, or at least the parts you get confused about, but I'm obviously a little biased here.

I figured since robots where built by humans they learned to naturally mimic human emotion, and personalities built off of that. It’s also why she is so aware that she’s a emotional teenager

I'll try to summarize as best as possible, without spoiling any future episodes.
-Planet is Copper 9, not Earth. Humans screwed up and made it inhospitable for biological life. The drones were helpers/servants, but now that humans are gone, they gained sentience/their own lives.
-Both the worker and Disassembly drones are under the impression that JC Jenson (their parent company) sent the Disassembly (Murder) Drones to disassemble/kill the Worker Drones
- N survived his blast to the face because only his head was blown off, while J took it point blank and lost over 60% of her body.
-The flash on Uzi's vizor at the end is lore relevant, but *very* easy to miss, it's stating that a program called "Absolute Solver" has been activated by going from False to True. Her hatred for humans was always a thing, though as she knew how poorly the drones were treated while the humans were alive, and is under the impression the humans sent the Disassembly Drones to kill them off.
-Disassembly Drones cannot enter sunlight, as it damages their exterior and would quickly kill them.
I could go a bit more in depth, but that would cause some spoiling of later episodes, so I've done my best to not do that.

So basically I have this cool idea for a book about the series where uzi is an adult and the entire doorman family is adored by all worker drones, and sends pretty much every single disassembly drone to work in the mines or whatever, soviet union style. They also rediscovered Japanese and some other countries military songs, and use them always when they march to war. They also learned to dress and use strategies used by those militaries. The German worker drones dress in WW2 outfits, so are the Japanese worker drones, and so on and so forth. Oh BTW if ya wanna know the title, it's Murder Drones: War.

Mike, It is probably for the best that you have subtitles on because you miss a lot of things that were said in the video. A lot of reactors don't have them on and always say that the video didn't say something or explain it before, or they just don't pay enough attention. Also, it is probably for the best that you rewatch the episode before going to the next one to remember what happened.
The subtitles are kinda ass tho, they'd only make the confusion worse
So about the end is that the parent community are thr only humans that are left. Another thing is that if you pay close attention to the scene when she's talking about wanting to kill all humans you can see her face change to yellow with a symbol on it, this is an important detail for later in thr story

Okay, first thing's first: This is NOT Earth! This planet is called Copper 9, and is one of the exoplanets owned by the JC Jenson Company used for mining operations. Earth won't be coming up in the series for a while.
Basically, so they’re on a planet called copper 9, and the humans lived there along with earth, and then at the end, the disassembly drones ( j v and n ) cant be in the sun due to a program they have. Also, at the end, N dragged V away, not J. J died.
I recommend watching all of the episodes so you can understand more but I am so happy you finally watched it!

To put it simply, the worker drones aren’t on Earth, they are on an exo-planet called Copper-9. After all the humans died on Copper-9 due to the core of the planet collapsing (1:31), the Disassembly Drones were sent from Earth to kill the worker drones.
Omg- I just realised that when Uzi goes to get the door masters key, where the certificate of best door is, there’s a sticky note that says “doors> Uzi” signifying her dad prefers doors over her😢 I just realised how sad that is.

When Uzi talks of killing the humans, her eyes turn yellow. At the same time, you can see a strange symbol if you pause the video on the correct frame. When you consider the other Murder drones' statement that Worker drones are infected, what does that imply about Uzi?
