Kinda nit-picking at this point, that Jiu Niangzi still needs 37 in order to make for that AOE but still be relatively even with Lucy.
Also needing P3 to be nearly comparable to a not that well invested windsong is… something, to say the least. Well that just shows how absolutely broken Windsong is, good thing the girl is on the standard banner so we have chances for dupes lol
@@leonidesbabanto1585 haha yea Windsong P0 A2 R10, I really didn't invest much on her, the new tuning is really broken for her kit gosh!!
@@wave7104 yea I have to agree with that, my most battle Lucy will out perform Jiu and mine is P3 Jiu, so P0 Lucy is way better
