was driving around with a friend along time ago and we went down a alley and seen someones back porch on fire. i knew it was arson but we called it in and left. drove around the corner and watched the house burned down and the couple was working at the time and didnt even know it. he didnt have insurance so they had to live in a motel. this was in lincoln ill 2010 or so
