    Sounds like ineffective assistance by counsel. The system failed you. How comes the witnesses were not cross-examined? Why wasn't an appeal lodged? You were wrongly jailed and deserve compensation.

    Listening to his story the story of chief inspector Seronei years back and others who were lucky enough to live to tell their story it's easy to see why Kenyan law enforcement is a shit job and I'm glad i didn't sign up when i had the chance thank goodness i never went down that road good luck to corporal Chebuss

    Police officers are not allowed to use firearms unless their lives are in.danger or saving lives. The officers killed unarmed person. Hence they had a case to answer. They were too loyal in pleasing the MP because they used to get goodies from the MP. Unfortunately they forgot about guidelines on use og firearms.

    A lot of people behind bars are innocent; but life can be very unfair at times. God in heaven, please soften the hearts of those who can afford and kindly assist Cbebus to take his life back a bit. Amen.
