Hello sir, this strategy worked today 24/8/20 on bnf.... The IB was medium, trend was up... Entry near vwap was not offered by mkt, so breakout of IB high was taken... Got 200-250 pts straight.... 1.618 fibo was 200 pt exactly while 80% of IB was 250 pts Thanx for the free tip... God bless
it worked on nzdusd as well 24th August.my broker uses Ny close... medium IbR. however I used the middle band of bollinger band to the the left on fifteen minutes to give me a 'high vol node'. I improvised with the bollinger middle band to find a level where price had spent a lot of time because i couldnt access my volume profile
Hi Nataraj. In the kindle e-book, you have taken the IB high and low values as ATR and ATR/3. However, this video suggests IB high as ATR/2 and ATR/3. How to decide in which market scenario what kind of divisor should be used?
sir thank you for heart like but sir solve my doubt as if market opens gap up then what should we consider as IBL - 1st candles wick low or gap of market?
Hello @Nataraj Malavade I am still here watching this video over and over again. Thank yyou so much for the wonderful content. Please, I would like to know, how do we know what is the IB RANGE, please. And also is it possible to know daily High or Low. Which means if it is a UP trend day, we will possible know the Low of the day.
Bro. Is the Value area in a market profile static or dynamic? Does it change according to the timeframes? Or does it remain the same for the whole day irrespective of the timeframes?
There are two value area references, Present day and previous day. In my trading I give more significance to today's auction with respect to the previous day value area.
@@natarajmalavade Thanks for the response. Please correct me if I am wrong, we must look for shorting opportunities if today's Value area is below the previous day's value area and go long if vice versa. Correct?
Very much thank full to u sir.. I have one confusion about this strategy.. it is medium ib range strategy right.. and in many examples you clear about entry simple way.. thanks for that.. but 12 March entry was is in small IB range.. is it working for both range or what..I mean in this video u took 12 March example and I think it was not medium ib.. don't mind..just want to know my mistakes..

Set up is good and looks logical. But was expecting some market profile stuff....but i liked it
It would be more nice if you had included MP chart instead of candles...
whether ib range should be broken by adjacent candles before retracing to vwap level for taking trade
Not the IB Range, its a first 30 min range to the next 30 min range
nice sir very informative and objective
Most welcome
Hello, it was really awesome, thanks for sharing this one.

Sir if possible to give pine script for IB range calculation..!?
Hi Nataraj. In the kindle e-book, you have taken the IB high and low values as ATR and ATR/3. However, this video suggests IB high as ATR/2 and ATR/3. How to decide in which market scenario what kind of divisor should be used?
These value changes according to the characteristic of the scrip.
You need to tune the values accordingly.
@@natarajmalavadeSir, what should they be for NIFTY and BANKNIFTY. In the book is says - ATR and ATR/3 for Nifty and how do we go about Bank Nifty ?
Same concepts can be applied,
However, you have to concept now and you can try to test it in the historical. data
Thanks for the love sir .. but would you be able to provide the answer ? Or we need to lean these in the workshop ?
Sir can we have backtesting results
for this strategy

Irrespective of gap the OB Range remain the same

sir why use future chart in market profile instead of index chart?
Because we trade on future not on Index. However one can also plot it in direct index.
How will you find today's IB ? Yesterdays can be retrieved using ATR
The 1 hour range is call the IB for any day... ie. two 30 minutes bars
does is it matter what the open is in relation to previous day's value area and range?
You can check this by using backtested results... Gap condition matters
Can u teach market profile in separate seminars sir.if so plz send me details sir

Can u please share IB Range AFL?
We are sorry sir, the calculation of this is explained in the webinar, you can make this for yourself 👍
I have just calculated the IBR form the IBH i IBL which comes to 42.5 how do i use this value thank so much
Follow the instruction given in the video
WHAT IF OTHER 30MIN CANDLE NOT BREAK FIRST 30MIN HIGH OR LOW?
Then its more likely to be sideway market for the day...
It may result to Neutral Centre day at the end of the day...

You can code it by urself.
Kindly refer to the recently uploaded videos of amibroker...
What is G2 High / G2 Low reference in Market Profile
It looks impressive. Can it be applicable for any stocks or only Nifty ?
awaiting for your reply pl
Hi Subhas,
All I can say is to verify it by checking the past performance! And you will get a fair idea.
Presently it's backtested for indices
