Oh my gosh your patience is beyond my capacity. If I sold that bad boy I’d charge $200 because of the time it would take me 🤣🤣🤣 it’s so beautiful though, go you! ❤️😍
You may have to wait but I feel like the wait is worth it if you can find someone willing to pay what you deserve for a 1-of-a-kind piece of art. The only ones who bite first on an affordable tumbler are cheap-stakes and penny pinchers but those who really value your hard work, time, and energy put into the piece are well willing to pay the price for it.
This is one of my biggest concerns. I love making them but their SO time consuming. People think it’s so expensive for what these go for meanwhile I’m thinking “shhhhh#$ your actually getting a deal compared to all the time that went into these!” I’m actually loosing $ when I make them considering the time not to mention the thousands I’ve spent on products to make lol I love making them though. I think anyone who makes these have to in order to make them. 🤷🏼♀️
The one thing I appreciate most about your videos is the safety. I don’t think I’ve ever seen another person give a demonstration with protective gear other than gloves.
I thought I was going to try this about 1/2 way through the video UNTIL you got to the point where ya put the offset letters and holographic print on. Yea...I think I will just admire the work you did AND your talent.
@@FlynnSistersBoutique girl you are SO welcome! I’m so in love with this cup I’m coming off my self-imposed “no crafting till the study/craft room is sorted and tidy” timeout!!!
Gosh aren’t you glad that Cricut has the new offset feature? All this can be done so easily within your cutting program. I’ve been using the offset feature on my silhouette cameo for years- what a life saver!
I'm in agreement with everyone! Beautiful work, great detailed videos even for newbies like myself! Very inspirational!! Thank you for your hard work and keep up the awesome tutorials!
Is there a way to thicken the outline of the prints? I'm on cricut design space. You may have said it in the video and I missed it. But mine are so thin, it's impossible to place over the prints. Hopefully this is making sense.
Love your designs ! I'm new to this whole tumbler creating thing, but you gave me the confidence to go ahead and try this one. Thank you so much for sharing you knowledge
I love this! I really love that you use spray paint 🤷♀️😂 I thought I was crazy cause I hadn’t seen anybody else start with spray paint and to me it is the easiest! Thanks for sharing 😍
I actually jumped in Tumblr world head first because you just make everything look so easy😳 you are an amazing person and have been my soul inspiration into the tumbler world I have tried several of your designs and while mine are not as flawless as yours I will get there one day I have only been doing this for 4 months I love watching your tutorials and I have learned so much from you I really appreciate everything you do and in my braveness I attempted this peekaboo leopard for my second ever epoxy tumbler all of my steps went very well as I followed every Last Detail that you did my cup came out great as far as the peekaboo, the vinyl and the design my only downfall was the epoxy🤦 it was sooo ridiculously thick and my cup was so heavy😩 I ended up stripping it using your aluminum foil and Ziploc bag method I will attempt to do it again since I know a little more now thanks again for everything you do I look forward to your tutorials every week you are absolutely adorable keep it up girl!!!!
Thank you for this! I have been debating for a couple of months now on a new personal cup for myself and I HAVE FOUND IT! I will be using this technique in the very near future!
I love this so much!!!! i have one in the works right now. with the word wifey. itis my first resin cup ever and i am so excited!!! i just added the layer of resin just before the final vinyl application and i am getting very impatient hahaha : )
Very nice! Even with " oopsies", and warnings that they aren't, you make all of these things look easy. 😊 I dont have inkscape, so i guess i'll muddle through to figure out another way to easily offset stuff.
Ummmm WOW!! You make this look so easy! It’s a beautiful cup! I am going into try the peak a boo method on a single shape design before I try this crazy hard stuff though!!
This is amazing!! I am going to watch your tutorial first on Inkscape, but determined to tackle this today! Thank you for all your amazing tutorials 💕 I can blend like a pro now!!
Love this! I watched this tutorial with my boyfriend and he was amazed and also loved how it turned out. Told me I needed to make one too. I can’t wait to try, will definitely be referring back to this tutorial when I do.
Ok I got it, I dont know if its because I just downloaded inkscape and it's a newer version, plus I'm on a Mac... but I have to delete the original layer before I can export, if not, all of it will come over.. omg that was sooo frustrating especially for someone who has never used this program! I hope this helps someone that was struggling with this issue. No need for everyone to get a headache lol.
I've been wanting to try this for a while and I kept putting it off but I saw today that the outline is now included with the file I'm already on it!!!! I hope it turns out
If you have stickers you want to use as a stencil for this process you can try, but I'm not sure how well they would hold up with keeping the paint from seeping underneath.
@@FlynnSistersBoutique Oh good point! I just couldn't figure out the difference if we are taking them off anyway? Thanks so much for all the info you supply!!! You are so talented !

WOW you just cleared up all my questions and hesitation on trying a peek a boo. I think I have it except for the computer parts. lolol I have a cricut Joy so I'll play around with it. thank you so much for this. Your amazing.
If its completely smooth and cleaned after sanding you could. If its not 100% smooth after sanding, you will want to epoxy again first. Any bumps under vinyl will show.
The tumbler turned out beautiful, I absolutely love it. I just came across ur channel and I am a new subs. I'm looking forward to seeing ur other videos.
Do you think the Montana paints have a odd smell? I didn’t have my respirator on (I know, you can yell at me 😜) and I started spraying and had to stop and go get my respirator! Lol. But I could still slightly smell it even with it on!
Thank you 😊 🥰 I haven’t smelt them lol so I’m not sure 🤔 I usually use them in conjunction with a Rustoleum primer so that’s all I can smell if anything
Fantastic tutorial! Just wondering how do you know if you have used enough epoxy on the tumblers when you are first starting out with resin tumblers? or too much? Is there a way to tell or is it trial and error?
If your epoxy doesn’t end up COMPLETELY SMOOTH AFTER 4 coats and you have to sand it to get completely smooth can or do you put the Rustoleum 2x gloss sealer?
I'm new to your channel, but if I can't get inkscape to my iMac how would i do this in just cricut for the cheetah ? Hope there is a way so I can make this one, it looks super cute
Two questions - what was the type of vinyl you used for the outside outlines? Not the brand, the type. Second question, how do you get that said vinyl to pull up so easily with the transfer tape? I've tried weeding holographic *and* foil vinyls, and pick up with transfer tape, and neither one wants to cooperate with me! I get so frustrated!! You make this look so easy. :). All of your stuff is so gorgeous!!
thanks! I think I linked the exact vinyl in the description and I don't know if it's considered adhesive foil or not. it seems more flexible than what Cricut calls adhesive foil. also, peeling the back paper off instead of lifting the transfer tape up helps a lot. thanks for watching my videos!

What’s the alternative for this I don’t use ink scape which I think it’s very complicated outside of cricket and silhouette
Now that cricut has an offset feature and i know silhouette does as well, you can just offset right in their programs and avoid using inkscape.

Generally the first coat over glitter is like 30-60 ml depending on size then 15-20ml for every other coat until smooth
@@FlynnSistersBoutique, thanks so much for your prompt reply. Much appreciated.
When you did the holographic for savage did you just do a offset or how did you make it outline so good
I did an offset and sliced the original text through the offset layer to create the outline

If your epoxy doesn’t end up COMPLETELY SMOOTH AFTER 4 coats and you have to sand it to get completely smooth can or do you put the Rustoleum 2x gloss sealer?
You’ll want to sand and epoxy again. Spray paint isn’t an option for sealing on that last coat. It’s not unusual for me to do 5-6 coats sometimes

I suppose. I’ve never used brite tone so I can’t confirm it would be the same
