I’m happy you shared your painting and sewing. I used to sew my clothes and children’s clothes and have been inspired by new sewing designers I’m also overwhelmed with getting started . I’m out of the practice of this sewing. I’m always happy to see you have posted. Even though I am much older we share the same taste in knitting patterns. I plan to knit sweaters for my three adult sons and appreciate your input on the choices you have made for your husband. I’m grateful for the inspiration from all the young knitters on you tube. My age peers don’t go down this rabbit hole! My knitting friends are my references. It is shocking to some that Lento and Ranunculus are knit at a loose gauge but it can be worn indoors I have always lived outside the box. Thank you Megha
Thank you so so much for the lovely message, Sally! I am thoroughly enjoying mixing in other crafts with knitting to sort of curb all the cast on energy 🤣🤣 Thank you so much for your kind words! I really appreciate it ! I get so much inspiration from fellow knitters as well. There are so many things to make with our hands haha
As with each of your previous ones, I thoroughly enjoyed this episode as well, Megha 🥰 thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. I love that you don’t put on a show, but instead apply a down-to-earth approach to knitting and life in general. Each of your appearances here give me so much joy 😊
Lovely Oreo! I had to laugh every time I heard the cat activity in the background. I kept thinking it was my kitty! It was so nice as always spending some time with you and hearing about your projects. I love both of the colorwork sweaters and I agree with your switch to the green as the main color. It’s so pretty and perfect for this time of year. Take care and enjoy your trip to Toronto!
Megha I always love knitting along with you and the cats. Congratulations on shining your crafty and happy Light for all of us for 50 episodes. Yours is a podcast that lengthens my Ravelry queue every time. The Apoplystra and Pohjola are insaaaaane! Your colour choices are perfection and very you! Hope the vet visit went okay. Have a great rest of your week!
Happy 50th episode! I have been watching since the beginning and have thoroughly enjoyed each one of your podcasts. You are just so sweet…oh, and very talented with fabulous colour sense.
Congratulations to your 50th podcast... you are so inspirieren with all your different WIPs. I love to watch your Videos. Thank you so much. I have finished my half and half and i am so proud. I justed all my drops Alpaka stash and leftovers. Not a nice and lovely Colorado one, but reale so soft and warm. I take it for a lapblanket and i love it. Sorry for my bad english...you know. And you are so richtig. This is Our Hobby, Our passion. It has to make fun. Nothing else. Greetings and a hugh from germany, Maria
So much fun Catching up with You Megha!! Absolutely love all your projects! the colorwork sweaters are fabulous, and now i suddenly want to work on blankets after seeing your sweetshop blanket! LOL oh and your sewn top is STUNNING! love the shape and the fabric is perfect! Thanks for sharing all your beautiful makes! Cheers from Canada! 🥰🧶
You reminded me I need to start one of my half and half shawel, I have yarn for two different ones. I did start a Sofie shawl, as well as tring to finish a simple cowl, which is a kindless knit. Love your painting, It reminds me of ky hallerina paint hy jumber when I was a teenager. Never thought of doing one with just still life (plants). Your colors are my favorites as well(orangey, peach)!😊 Wish I uad your concentration to continue my crafts.
Oreo is so funny! ❤Your project choices and colors are amazing as always!! I am sorry I haven’t been able to watch an episode in a while, so I have some catching up to do!!!
Looking forward to Knit City Toronto too - it'll be my first experience at a large knitting show and since I live here in Toronto, how could I not go - right? Best I get started on a shopping list or else I do think that I'll just feel overwhelmed. Happy 50th episode Megha ..... I found you right after you and Rebecca did your swap.
Oh hope to see you at Knit City, Gail!! Haha oh yes knitting events are overwhelming and it’s always best to go with a plan! However, I almost always abandon plans and spend more than I should 🤦🏾♀️
Megha, you are rocking the interesting, different and beautiful colour work choices and that silk tank top looks so good on you. I am interested in knitting with silk. I laughed out loud at your cat at the vet story. Your paint by numbers is coming along nicely. I had a paint by numbers back in the 1950’s-they were all the rage-that was about 70 years ago-haha-so not such a new idea. Seeing your knit blankets is inspiring me to cast one on. However, I want to finish my Ankers Summer Tee in Berroco Summer Sesame-the yarn is lovely and watching the colours play keeps it from being a boring knit.
Always love your podcasts! Congratulations on your 50th episode! I’ve been watching since the beginning and can’t wait for the next episode. I’ve been looking at the zen blanket as well using 4 colors, I’ll be watching how yours looks before I start mine. Happy knitting!🧶
Thank you for your podcast. Love your projects. I might have a go at the zigzag blanket. I really like your colour choice for it, do you have the colour codes you used? And your painting is fab. It’s going to look really good on your wall.
Megha, you may be tired of that vintage rose color, but it does look fabulous on you (I am so envious!). However, I really do love that green in your Pohjola. For the pain, I would recommend changing from a metal needle tip to a wood or bamboo needle tip to see whether that helps (it sometimes works for me, depending on the yarn). Besos @lamanchaknitter

Awwww, I can't decide what made me happier about this video-- seeing your beautiful knitting or seeing adorable Oreo and hearing his happy purrs!

I love all your WIPs and how chill you are about them. I have 4 WIPs and I'm stressed lol. It will be great to see you at Knit City!
Hahaha sometimes I do get overwhelmed, and then I hunker down and finish things… I am quite moody about it 🤣 Will be lovely to see you in Toronto!!
"It's great to see your podcasts. I also knitted a Venetian tank last summer, in the same color as yours, but I haven't worn it yet. We'll see."
Thank you 😊

Heyyy!!
Happy Crafting❤!!
Thank you for your podcast. Love your projects. I might have a go at the zigzag blanket. I really like your colour choice for it, do you have the colour codes you used? And your painting is fab. It’s going to look really good on your wall.
Thank you!! The color codes are 817, 802, 814, 346 !!

Thank you so much!! That makes me feel a bit better about the vintage pink haha
Hi! I’ll be visiting Pittsburgh in a couple of months. Can you recommend which yarn shops are most worth checking out?😊
Hello!! I really like Sewickley yarns as the neighborhood is super cute too. Moon and yarn craft room has lovely yarn and crafting supplies!
