That is the Graf von Goetzen !!!
Graf von Goetzen was built in 1913 in Germany, and was one of three vessels the German Empire used to control Lake Tanganyika during the early part of the First World War.
Liemba is the last vessel of the German Imperial Navy still actively sailing anywhere in the world.
I love the story of that ship and always wanted to see her.

No, was not built for war. Goetzen was designed to serve as a passenger and cargo ferry in conjunction with the Ostafrikanische Eisenbahngesellschaft (East African Railway Company).

Built by Meyer werft in 1913. Meyer is a family owned company, which today builds cruise ships, for Disney, Royal Caribbean, Norweigan, Carnival etc. If you go to Meyer werft youtube channel you can see them being built and launched.

Kigoma would be an isolated region.In shorty Germanys wanted to make Kigoma as their capital city.This can be proved from the way they built the main station of course s whole line .Visit official buildings administrative buildings with security tunnels up to the lake.Hello Media please talk about this

Schöne Impressionen, in der Tat. Aber wo sind die Informationen? Wann (ungefähr) fährt die Liemba von wo nach wo? Wie kommt man zu den Häfen? Wie sieht eine Kabine aus? Wie der Speiseraum? Gibt es überhaupt was zu essen?
It is good video though it lack some narration and some stoping names. Some stops wspicially where the ship passed by during night were not taken. I wish you would have interview with captain and engine engineer...
All in all it's a good video.
