May I know if the place to wait for Uber is the same as the place to wait for Taxi in Taichung THSR station?

Hello , from my memory, uber pick up point is different from taxi point, the signs & direction are quite good in Taichung station. The uber pick up point is easy to find.

There will plenty guys in the station saying they are taxi drivers but will then lead you down into the car park (not to the taxi rank) then you get in their private car and they get lost around Taichung and drive you around for ages before giving up. Just my personal experience!

At every HSR stop there is a designated yellow taxi stand.

@@flyjnowtravel FROM JAKARTA'S WHOOSH FAST 350 KMH TRAIN STATION HALIM TO BANDUNG'S WHOOSH FAST 350 KMH TRAIN STATION TEGALLUAR. DO NOT MISLEADING THE NAME TO NORMAL ORDINARY TRAIN 120 KMH STATION COZ BOTH STATIONS ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT. TEGALLUAR STATION IS LIKE A GLOWING SUPERGIANT SPACECRAFT AT NIGHT LANDING ON A PADDY FIELD AT TEGALLUAR AREA.

hsr launched in 2007, whoosh launched in 2023. i dont think it is fair comparison? since the technology back then still not so advanced yet 😅

Crazy how the 700T is 17 years old and still holds up to this day
