- I go to a community garage sale and hit about 25 sales. I find a 1994 Austin Powers T-Shirt, as well as Ozununa, Bad Bunny, Drake, and Foo Fighter Concert T-Shirts at these sales. I had so much fun and found so much stuff.

I picked up a huge lot of 2000 era band shirts a few months ago. Like 145 shirts for $100. I’ve made over $2000 off them already and still have half left. Those lots of band shirts can pay off huge. Nice find!

My son does metal scrapping, but some of the things he brings home that is thrown in the trash is amazing. He has listed them on Marketplace and has sold some. He has found alot of video games, consoles, dvds and computer games. These he still has and can't decide if he wants to sell them to some place like game stop or Marketplace.
I would stick with marketplace, you would definitely get more than what you can get at gamestop.
Never sell to GameStop! They give you pennies

Are any of the music shirts vintage? The New Kids on the Block one looked old but I didn't know if it was a reprint or just a new tour with all old people and an old picture lol.
There all from 2019 tour. I only had one new kids on the block shirt, but it's not available anymore.
people have lost the idea of what a yard sale is supposed to be.
it is not a place for you to run a business. it is when you want to downsize or just get rid of stuff.
i was at one last summer and a lady wanted 5 dollars per paperback. i assumed the 5 dollars on the box was for all of them.
she had 15 good horror novels from the mid 80's. i figured 2 or 3 would be worth a read. she started counting up each book as 5 dollars and i was blown away.
i said "you want 5 dollars each? that is crazy, most people want 50 cents". she said "they are almost 40 years old".
ya lady.....thats the problem.
Yeap, I understand what there trying to do, but a yard sale isn't the place to do it. If you want to sell it for ebay prices, start a ebay store not a garage sale.
People can do whatever they want when it comes to a yardsale, garage sale, etc. The price of an item is not and should not be determined by rats like you trying to find things for dirt cheap. If you don't like the pricing then negotiate or leave.

I used an app called garage sale treasure map to find those. I also use Facebook, and Craigslist.

Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, and an app called yard sale treasure map. But the best ones are the ones that are not listed, that I find just driving around on Saturday.
