📋 INGREDIENTS:
140 g sugar (2/3 cup)
5-6 tbsp water
3-4 pears
200 g butter (7 oz)
160 g powdered sugar (1 1/3 cups)
4 eggs
200 g all-purpose flour (1 2/3 cups)
1 teaspoon Baking powder
Baking pan diameter: 26 cm (10 inches)
Bake: 160°C (320°F) for 30 minutes in a fan oven

I do not have a fan oven what changes would i need to use a conventional gas oven to make this yummy concoction?

Love your recipe but I hate pears so I would make this with apples. I was concerned that when you said, "let it cool down a bit..." that the caramel might be stuck to the parchment paper -- great to see that it was absorbed into the cake batter. Came out looking amazing. Thank you for sharing with all of us.
