I'm sorry I wasn't able to catch up with you guys. I got sick last week aside from the cough that I had 2 weeks ago. Being a preschool teacher, it's inevitable to catch something from the students or even coworkers. I'm still recovering and I hope you will enjoy my daily life video.
In this video I will show how my night goes after traveling over the weekend. Also, what I usually do before going to work, at work and our outdoor activity (going to the park).

Just a piece of advice for your skin care routine. Add a vitamin C serum (followed by a hyaluronic acid serum) to your daytime routine and a retinol in your evening routine. Don't forget to apply your serums and creams to your neck and decollté area as well. If you're worried about dark undereye circles, a cream with caffeine works well.
Look into rosemary oil for your hair. Also, check with your doctor to check if your hormone levels are normal. Taking certain medications, stress levels or hormonal changes can affect hair loss.

you can put all kinds of stuff but if you don't do the neck you will be sunk. i'm 65 and the worst is NECK. so many don't put anything there!!! luckily i'm not trying for good looks anymore but still i don't really like to see it😁

Yeah, i used to have motion sickness before but here in Japan traveling is very smooth😅

Hello DJ, I'm pleased to hear that you are feeling better. My sister works with pre- schoolers too and the staff joke that it's like a biological warfare lab when there is a bug going around as everyone gets it.
I saw a reply you made to an earlier video about putting your bed on the carpet but I didn't realise how thin your futon would be.
To answer your question. I prefer to listen to music or audio books when travelling as I cannot read comfortably when in a moving vehicle.
That’s so true. My hands are so dry from washing too often to avoid getting sick.
I’m planning to buy another futon. These days my back hurts when I get up.

@@dijeiii06 no travel sickness but trying to focus on writing when in a moving vehicle is harder when your head and the book are moving slightly is harder.

They were mostly white on white and very small print. I love this type of content, but I must be able to read the captions and when I can read they, I'll subscribe. I hope you enjoyed your trip.
you may be waiting a long time though. is it possible to make the video smaller on the tv? i have trouble with captions too on my chromebook but i can reduce the size of the video and then able to see them. agree white captions not very helpful🥺
