Maam, culturally acceptable means it is in the welfare of people? So for e.g gun, bombs, atomic bombs is not in the welfare of people, but it's still a resource for countries then how it is not a resource? But it is not culturally acceptable? Maam, can we say that objects are considered as per person to person like for students copy is necessary but for illiterate it's not necessary. So can we say that objects are considered as per person to person. Like for some people it's a resource but for some people it's not a resource? Please answer. Doubt?
@@AnshChhabra04 Hi, just attempting to resolve your dbout. It is not about the thing being necessary to someone but it is about whether or not it is satisfying the person’s needs. For the illiterate person the book is not a resource as he does not know how to read it. But it will be a resource if he wants to learn to read it. Since it is his need for learning. Resource varies from person to person and country to country. What you thought was right🙂
