(Lore base or death counts/hostility) If certain mobs damage u so much and killed other mobs while fighting u. Death penalty is sure judgement. And yeah for lore wise it'd be: Sukuna, Mahito, Jogo, Dagon, Kenjaku and other special grades(depending on the damage they dealt to u). I hope this helps for next Higuruma with polished. And lastly Higuruma learns everything way too quick. Man is a genious so he learns DE, RCT, Domain Ampli and etc. I forgot to mentioned "Forfeitures" penalty was like 150 seconds of no Curse technique... so yeah.
Yo if you collect 64 soul sand, you will have the achievement named "observation of the soul" which basically buffs your melee and does damage pass through armor. For example like mahito armor gives him defence but you can pass through that armor which can help you in harder bossess.

Higuruma has the ability to switch hammer modes. Small hammer has longest range. Medium hammer aoe damage. Big hammer big damage.
