Pretty sure steering servos won't work for this only continuous servos 360 degree, I use Tower Pro MG995's, others probably do the same but this worked the first time for me.

Thanks man! You can try your take out servos, but honestly I've only had good luck with the tower pro MG 995 continuous servos, they don't creep. 4 packs on Amazon are around $20 so that's around $5 a piece for 4 winch controllers.

Only continuous servos work for this, I tried some old rtr servos and they will run the winch but as soon as you release your three position switch it returns back to where you started.
