1:55 if play with speakers instead of headphones at a low volume at night and don't want to wait your apartment neighbors, then want dynamic audio to be low. Also, if you just have a poorly optimized surround sound arrangement and are in a room with a noisy fridge or AC unit constantly running, making it hard to hear whispers from the game unless you crank up the volume causing the house to rumble during the loud moments, then you also want low dynamic audio.

They really messed up voice acting. Even a half orc should sound more orcish and not like noble man. They messed up the tone badly in many scenarios. Let’s hope moders can fix that. It’s not only orcs. Many npcs have that U.K. accent which is very silly and there is no variety in accent witch is very important for a rpg.
Honestly I have a bigger problem with the entirety of BG3's character creator as a whole. When a game like this is so story and roleplay-intensive with literally 174 hours of cutscenes showcasing your character, I would expect more than 4-8 facial presets to choose from. Really, the fact that a CRPG like this is relying on facial presets at all while less story-intensive games like Monster Hunter and FromSofts' games have better character creation customization (even though you'll be wearing armor and helmets that'll cover you up throughout half of your playthrough) is pretty embarrassing in itself. Great game otherwise though. But yeah the dropped the ball HARD in character creation and the limitations in VA is a result of that.
@@alexs29 The game focussed on the more important aspects. To me character creation is always whatever. I mostly just select a preset. As you said, you wear helmets and armor anyway. Its the same in Baldurs Gate 3 too.
@@alexs29 Also, I think one cannot change the apperance of yourself after the character creation menu when first starting a new game. So you can't like change hairs, facial hairs, add/remove scars, etc. I HOPE they add this in a later patch, as it wouldn't be hard to implement into the game.
@@rullvardi This is not true. You can change it, in the beginning of the game (at camp) in the crypts you find an NPC that makes you change your whole character including class/dubclass for 100G at any time. It's an undead looking guy, I found him in the first 1hour of playing iirc. Pretty much the first place you visit after you crash.
@@kyrn3901 Wait what? I have that guy in my camp and the option for changing my character isn't there. I'll have to check it out again next time I'm on BG3, maybe I'm just blind
U know it's gonna be good when half of the video is character creation 😂

16:38 my mans has a kid. I guess you don't need to know the name of something to appreciate it.
Only lirik could have a kid and still sound like a virgin 20 year old talking about women
makes me sad lirik wont finish this, its probably one of my favorite streams ive seen :(
effort issues
It's just not his type of game
The pronunciation of vitiligo whipped Lirik’s ass 😂

Do we need to play the first games to understand the 3rd one? Game looks interesting.
i'm sure there's references you will miss but it's a new story
No, but the fact that you haven't played them brands you as a cringy zoomer.

What´s a vulva omfg I was laughing so hard, you r a legend but please do not become a biologist.
Imagine Lirik finishing a good rpg. HAH!
Calling it good when the main part of rpg (writing) is bottom tier trash. And too much unnecessary horny fan service. Looks cool tho.
