Don't know if they've fixed this yet, but to anyone you can sell anything to, you can sell any item at any durability(besides red) for full price. All you have to do is right-click the item in the "Sell" box so "Remove" comes up, but left-click into the sell grid. Price will change, then you drag an item you can stack like food or something, when the menu pops up to choose how many, the bigger confirm button to sell the other item will still be up. Only click the very bottom "Confirm" button WITH YOUR MOUSE, dont press F on your KB, and it'll sell it. If you don't do the "dragging the stackable item etc" part it'll show as the higher price but won't sell for that much. IF you want to do something like that.
It was fixed in the very first hotfix patch after the game released, the economy is rough, I had done the glitch before the patch and had 100k roubles, but 2-3 gun swaps including upgrading them all the way and I was broke again.
