Will it be right to shift the blame to Rwanda instead of the government? Will Congo be right to force Bandande to cross to Uganda and join Bakonzo in Uganda? What about Acholi in Uganda and Southern Sudan. President Tshisekedi is a Luba by tribe. The Luba people are in Angola as well. Are the Luba people in Congo Angolans or those in Angola Congolese? The M23 rebellion should be analysed well and thoroughly for a lasting solution otherwise the rebellion will not be stopped by the intervention forces.
