For the curious, the locomotive running that day (and being driven by yours truly), #19 was originally built as a steam locomotive over 100 years ago, but was converted to a diesel hydraulic in the 1970s when Marriott acquired it and three other locomotives, two of which are still operating to this day at SFGAm (which after the Cedar Fair/Six Flags merger, will be owned by the same company once again). In some of the footage, you may see smoke coming from the smokestack - we actually have a smoke machine 25:35 - Original Six Gun locomotive #7, Robert E. Lee. Plan is to eventually steam her up and have her running again for special occasions (steam takes a lot more work than diesel). The other Six Gun locomotive, #4, is also on site, but has not run in decades - you can see that one at 1:21 behind the white van 25:45 - Beatrice, #4, originally built to work on a plantation and then ran at Opryland. Converted to diesel in 1980 in house at Opryland and ran at Six Flags America for a while after the park closed. She runs but is awaiting some work on her wheels due to wear and tear. Another Opryland locomotive, Elizabeth, is at the back of the siding and sat at Astroworld and later SFOG for several years before coming here. 25:58 - Built for a logging company in 1925. Has not run in years, and due to it being standard gauge and the Kirby track being 3ft narrow gauge, will likely remain a display piece for the foreseeable future.
So nice you got your own tour guide. He seemed like a nice and knowledgeable guy. And a volunteer to go on the feris wheel with you. Lots of kind people there. Great video. Thanks.
I did not expect the guy in the middle of the gravitron to spin along with the ride. I thought he would be stationary inside the center while the rest of it rotated. What a unique job haha.
I am so glad to see vintage rides being fixed able to ridden. One vintage ride I rode at magic forest was these horse and carriage. I saw it on another video of yours. Always makes me happy to see some parts of my childhood still alive. Even if I am only in my 30s, I appreciate rides from long ago more then today's amusement park rides.
LMFAOOOOOO!!!! I love when you ride the Gravitron!! Man you went up really high on this one.. 😂😂😂😂I love the classic rides.. thank you so much Jacob for sharing another amazing day!!!❤❤❤😊
I was so excited to see the tracks from the coaster at American Adventures in Marietta Ga where I lived from 1990-2021. We went to AA many times in the 90’s so it’s possible that we were on those very tracks. So cool to see! Thanks for another awesome video Jacob. Keep doing what you do!! It’s much appreciated!! DeeAnn in CT
Used to go to Six Gun Territory as a kid on our yearly Florida vacation in Daytona Beach n STILL have the slides n projector so it shows exactly how cool it was!!! It is awesome that Kurby Farms is keeping the memories of the first n best Wild West town I have ever seen!!! GREAT video, Carpetbagger!!!
As a child I visited the Original Six Gun Territory many times. I have great memories of that park. This attraction gives you a nice tastle of the original with the Train Ride, Western Town, Museum Buildings, Gun Fights in the street and the Saloon Show. I just wish it were open more than just one weekend a year.
Thanks for the cool vlog Jacob. New subscriber here, thanks to an old vlog by Cris the Girl! Don't think I will be able to watch all of your past vlogs but will try, lol! Thanks for the entertainment, loves the question about the puke, lol.
The Ringling Brothers circus train! Back in the 1970s when I was working in Los Angeles, we got to see the train stop and unload the animals. Then they walked them all to the Forum in Inglewood where they would hold the circus. Even the big elephants . Of course the circus doesn't have animals anymore...except for humans. That's a very fond memory of mine.
You know I love seeing those old rides. I hate seeing them baking in the florida sun, but I suppose its better than them up here freezing and rusting in the north.
That old Silver Springs boat completely blew my mind. I could have ridden on that boat. I probably didn't, but I could have. And you really should at least Google Heritage Village. I'll be very surprised if it's not right up your alley.
Wow that's an amazing place 🤩 A very interesting collection of vehicles and trains and wild west things 🤠🌟 I have never been on a Gravitron and it was really fun to watch You make faces 🌀😹 and I will never ride one 😹 🙅 Thank You Mr Kirby for sharing the Boneyard with Jacob and Us 🙏☠️💝 Thank You Jacob for finding cool places and sharing them with Us too🙏💗😻♾️
MY COUSIN WORKED THERE WHEN I WAS A KID HE HAD WORDS WITH MICHEAL LANDON THERE I HOPE TO HAVE A SMALL WESTERN PARK IN THE BLUE RIDGE ONE DAY MET YOU AT THE ISLAND IN THE SMOKIES AT YOUR FIRST MEETUP TAKE CARE JACOB
I remember this worm. He was in the area where Bugs Bunny stage would be. I think my mom still has picture of me and my cousin on it. KID HOOD MEMORY OVERLOAD 😊😊😊
Cowboy reenactors are always so funny ! I'm spoiled Because of Knotts! I watch Jacobs vids From all over and the Cowboys always make my day. I live close to Calico and have been to Oatman.Oh.....Jacob.. Calico ca. has a Civil Wars weekend in Feb.17&18. just a suggestion !
We went to a Civil war reenactment at Heritage Village park in Largo Florida ..When the soldiers got shot down and fell on the ground to play dead .The Red Ants weren't having any of that .They jumped on the dead soldiers and bit them up and resurrected them very quickly ..The Ambulance drivers raced out onto the field and was beating the ants off the Actors 😮
I absolutely hate riding Gravitrons. For "stick to the wall gravity rides". "The Rotor" is far superior. The way the G-forces hit you on the Gravitron is so uncomfortable and it makes it hard to breathe. It's one of the most uncomfortable gravity rides I've ever ridden on.
Gravitron is not fun with long and thick hair . Had a ride on one at BOBLO ISLAND (closed) and my hair pulled my head backwards , very painful. So I learned to wear my hair up from then on.. now its always in a bun so I dont break my neck...lol..
Thanks for the show. There is a place in Grove, Oklahoma called Harbor Village. It is an attraction of old items from way back in the day. It is a walking only attraction has some up and downs to it and takes you by Grand Lake. It is a man made lake it had flooded a part of the village some years ago. There is a church close to the lake it has info about the flood and use to have picture how the church looked with water in it. Opens I do believe in March and closes sometime in November!

I don't remember the ride running so rough.
I've always wanted to go to Kirby Family Farm. I have very fond memories of Six Gun Territory from my childhood.
LoL. OMG that's so funny about what would happen if someone vomited while on the Gravitron ride. You certainly have some unique experiences!
What a fun one yet again ❤. I watch faithfully every day. You make my day better Jacob. Thanks for the chuckles & smiles.✌️❤️🙂
We used to go to Six Gun Territory quite a lot when I was young. Very fond memories of it.

The sheriff sounds like John marstens from red dead redemption!
Hi Jacob I love your videos are awesome
I heard someone yell Carpetbagger when you went past the Native American group on the train.
Please tell me I am not the only full grown adult screaming about wanting to pet the horse during the train scene. :P
I wanted to pet him but he wasn’t interested
O_o Dude!! Dude!! Fnaf attraction from the Movie.! It's being released!!
I do think the rotor may be a little more comfortable, I think the angle of the graviton causes it to put weird pressure on your organs
Good video.
I wanna be the Carpetbagger when I grow up...
My father He work at six guns he also, Manager for a while, too
Ooh I love the old military vehicles!
Holy cow! That is the sqeakiest train I've ever heard. Somebody best get some WD-40 fir that
I'd like too go too that place I would ride some of the rides
Gravitron is not fun with long and thick hair . Had a ride on one at BOBLO ISLAND (closed) and my hair pulled my head backwards , very painful. So I learned to wear my hair up from then on.. now its always in a bun so I dont break my neck...lol..
Adam the Woo has 702K and I'm sure 500K is very realistic.

it's a bit morbid, lol, the deer is holding a gun that probably caused its demise.
Carousel is beautiful. They need some volunteers to restore.
