This year, I’ve lost 40lbs, invested in my first stocks, have raised my credit, started saving and will be returning to school online this fall. I’m not sure if I need the school, but I’ve worked so hard my company offered it for free. It feels more earned than a handout, so I’ll take it. 2020 has been bitter sweet- but control what you can control. For now, I can control moving forward. I'm a black entrepreneur (a preschool owner) and the mother of 4 sons ages 9-23, who already have 1 business and 3 business plans for future endeavors. This is the soundtrack of our home, we've listened a thousand times and discussed the entrepreneurs several times. But there's something about that beat drop and Mr. Hartwell standing in front of his home that just hits different. I replay that part over and over again. It's the combination of his amazing skill, ability and commitment to his craft along with that kick ass victory for his ancestors. It gives me chills every time.

The comments have inspired me to share my story as an entrepreneur as well. I've always loved plants and arts. People always say vegan food is expensive. Yet I know that everything in life is about mentality. So in 2013 I began traveling to immerse myself in plant based ancestral traditions. Fast forward to now, I coach on transitioning to a high vibe plant-based lifestyle, modeled in a vegan fashion show, and design landscapes and green exhibitions for businesses. Plus I've been gardening ever since. It's a challenge awakening people with an impoverished mindset towards embracing a plant-based transition, but I am a living testimony. I faced a lot of push back but it has only strengthened my resolve and educated me further. Plant life babyyyyy

I was in love with veganism until the vegans around me started losing their teeth. I still believe it can be important in the process of healing for certain conditions, for certain people. I literally have seen miracles happen. But it was not all a bed of roses. My teeth were having issues, the teeth that had always served me well. They broke. Three of them. Later I discovered people who were suffering deeply from oxalate poisoning as a result of their vegan and vegetarian diets. it is unclear why, but some people suffer hugely if they do not eat a strict carnivore diet. I begin to look a little closer at the faces of long-term vegans and they didn’t look very healthy. It was a specially telling to look at the faces of people who have been long-term vegans who then added animal foods back into their lives, and their faces look so much healthier afterward. Their bodies, which had been bony before, Had lean muscle afterward. Push back isn’t (always) just people pushing back without reason. Human suffering demands that we not push one diet on everyone. There is a dangerous trend now, with people in power insisting that we should change to A plant-based diet for the health of the planet. But that is just going to lead to more deaths and malnutrition over time. Even hard-core vegans, the experts, realize that 80% of us need B12 supplementation on that sort of program, and that is just a minimum for survival. The 20% do just fine because they can convert somehow. Logically, there is something wrong with the diet that requires supplementation for most of the population. The people who cannot stand any enslavement or employment of animals are the kind of vegans who will destroy this planet. it is important to understand that regenerative farming that involves animals Who are treated well, and who live in a natural environment, is the only way to have really healthy food options For all types of eaters. Try watching “The biggest little farm“ and see just how the interaction between animal and plant species works together. On the other hand, automated agriculture kills untold numbers of small animals as the big machines traverse the crop fields. Not to mention the toxic poisons that are required in that sort of farming operation. There are different sorts of farming operations between these two extremes, and I think we should encourage people to explore and expand on various types of regenerative agriculture. Some types may be more suited to some regions than others. It will diversify our food supply and provide a safety net that conventional agriculture can never supply. There is a “ranch“ in England in which a large farm removed nearly all of their fencing except the exterior fencing and allowed the livestock to roam free and naturally. They are enriching the soil, and they are periodically called to feed the family and other people. With much less backbreaking effort, This couple of farmers is providing a natural environment for the livestock, free from the normal stresses of other types of ranching, while restoring the fertility of the land (which is dying at a horrendous rate in Britain), While providing food of the highest quality. that land may later be converted to growing plant food, and the animals may move on to restore another area to fertility. I very much appreciate the vegans and vegetarians who brought much-needed attention to the evils of commercially grown plants and factory raised animals. I appreciate everything they brought to us in terms of understanding manufactured fake foods as well. Unfortunately, their nutritional position is shaky. I don’t blame them for it, because research for anything healthy and natural is hard to find and even harder to publish. But I wish they would be more honest about the limitations of their conclusions. And I wish people like you would not forward their position, because people have suffered for decades after following this kind of advice. It is a well-known fact that most vegans, even the most devoted, end up eating animal foods to help with their health issues. I say this with love, as one who used to believe what you believe, and came to know better. Stay open. Continue to allow yourself to be educated further. And keep doing the great work of helping others. PS - I became a certified Permaculture consultant, And I feel that that education has truly enriched my life. The hands-on workdays were awesome, in real and established permaculture projects of different kinds. You sound like someone who May already have gotten into something like this, but if you have it… I highly recommend it. You will very likely find plenty of vegans and vegetarians there.

The comments have inspired me to share my story as an entrepreneur as well. I've always loved plants and arts. People always say vegan food is expensive. Yet I know that everything in life is about mentality. So in 2013 I began traveling to immerse myself in plant based ancestral traditions. Fast forward to now, I coach on transitioning to a high vibe plant-based lifestyle, modeled in a vegan fashion show, and design landscapes and green exhibitions for businesses. Plus I've been gardening ever since. It's a challenge awakening people with an impoverished mindset towards embracing a plant-based transition, but I am a living testimony. I faced a lot of push back but it has only strengthened my resolve and educated me further. Plant life babyyyyy

I was in love with veganism until the vegans around me started losing their teeth. I still believe it can be important in the process of healing for certain conditions, for certain people. I literally have seen miracles happen. But it was not all a bed of roses. My teeth were having issues, the teeth that had always served me well. They broke. Three of them. Later I discovered people who were suffering deeply from oxalate poisoning as a result of their vegan and vegetarian diets. it is unclear why, but some people suffer hugely if they do not eat a strict carnivore diet. I begin to look a little closer at the faces of long-term vegans and they didn’t look very healthy. It was a specially telling to look at the faces of people who have been long-term vegans who then added animal foods back into their lives, and their faces look so much healthier afterward. Their bodies, which had been bony before, Had lean muscle afterward. Push back isn’t (always) just people pushing back without reason. Human suffering demands that we not push one diet on everyone. There is a dangerous trend now, with people in power insisting that we should change to A plant-based diet for the health of the planet. But that is just going to lead to more deaths and malnutrition over time. Even hard-core vegans, the experts, realize that 80% of us need B12 supplementation on that sort of program, and that is just a minimum for survival. The 20% do just fine because they can convert somehow. Logically, there is something wrong with the diet that requires supplementation for most of the population. The people who cannot stand any enslavement or employment of animals are the kind of vegans who will destroy this planet. it is important to understand that regenerative farming that involves animals Who are treated well, and who live in a natural environment, is the only way to have really healthy food options For all types of eaters. Try watching “The biggest little farm“ and see just how the interaction between animal and plant species works together. On the other hand, automated agriculture kills untold numbers of small animals as the big machines traverse the crop fields. Not to mention the toxic poisons that are required in that sort of farming operation. There are different sorts of farming operations between these two extremes, and I think we should encourage people to explore and expand on various types of regenerative agriculture. Some types may be more suited to some regions than others. It will diversify our food supply and provide a safety net that conventional agriculture can never supply. There is a “ranch“ in England in which a large farm removed nearly all of their fencing except the exterior fencing and allowed the livestock to roam free and naturally. They are enriching the soil, and they are periodically called to feed the family and other people. With much less backbreaking effort, This couple of farmers is providing a natural environment for the livestock, free from the normal stresses of other types of ranching, while restoring the fertility of the land (which is dying at a horrendous rate in Britain), While providing food of the highest quality. that land may later be converted to growing plant food, and the animals may move on to restore another area to fertility. I very much appreciate the vegans and vegetarians who brought much-needed attention to the evils of commercially grown plants and factory raised animals. I appreciate everything they brought to us in terms of understanding manufactured fake foods as well. Unfortunately, their nutritional position is shaky. I don’t blame them for it, because research for anything healthy and natural is hard to find and even harder to publish. But I wish they would be more honest about the limitations of their conclusions. And I wish people like you would not forward their position, because people have suffered for decades after following this kind of advice. It is a well-known fact that most vegans, even the most devoted, end up eating animal foods to help with their health issues. I say this with love, as one who used to believe what you believe, and came to know better. Stay open. Continue to allow yourself to be educated further. And keep doing the great work of helping others. PS - I became a certified Permaculture consultant, And I feel that that education has truly enriched my life. The hands-on workdays were awesome, in real and established permaculture projects of different kinds. You sound like someone who May already have gotten into something like this, but if you have it… I highly recommend it. You will very likely find plenty of vegans and vegetarians there.
