Doubt it was ID, except maybe Anya. The different branches tend to treat each other with kid gloves. So like JP is mostly ruthless to each other, but friendly to EN and ID. And vice versa. So I dont think anyone that isnt from JP except Anya would steal something that valuable, behind someones back.
