Jamie already left JYPE. It's not because JYPE or JYP is sleeping on Jamie, but because they can't manage artist very well mainly to the solo artists like Jamie. By the time Jamie was an ASC host, she didn't know much about music producing that time so obviously she would be waiting for JYPE to give her a project, which none of it happened and came to her. The same reason why Suzy left the music division to acting division, then leaving JYPE. Solo artists can't do shit unless you produce and write your own songs. The company is just there to promote you. Same case goes to Henry Lau from SM Entertainment. He produces and writes his own songs and let SM promote it. But the problem is, SM is not promoting Henry's music well. So what did Henry do? After his contract got expired, he didn't renew it and just left SM.

I love Jamie because I feel like she can manipulate her voice to match the vibe of the song. She can do cute songs like the dolphin cover or she could do a sexy song like this. I believe that she has such a powerful voice and I love that she freely curses.

It's not because JYPE or JYP is sleeping on Jamie, but because they can't manage artist very well mainly to the solo artists like Jamie.
By the time Jamie was an ASC host, she didn't know much about music producing that time so obviously she would be waiting for JYPE to give her a project, which none of it happened and came to her.
The same reason why Suzy left the music division to acting division, then leaving JYPE. Solo artists can't do shit unless you produce and write your own songs. The company is just there to promote you.
Same case goes to Henry Lau from SM Entertainment. He produces and writes his own songs and let SM promote it. But the problem is, SM is not promoting Henry's music well. So what did Henry do? After his contract got expired, he didn't renew it and just left SM.
