Wow, what a great interview. I will always remember those great Rams Memories we Rams Fans shared in the RAMS ROOM at the National Sports Bar in West Covina ,California. When QB Trent Green went down, we were devastated, little did we know how our season would end. WHOSE HOUSE? RAMS HOUSE!
Georgia wanted Martz to take over. Im sure coach Vermeil wanted to stay with those special men for few more years. But Mike didnt want to wait for him to retire in few years and wanted the team imediatelly or he would have left. The rest is history. Martz managed to ruin perfect team coach Vermiel created and Rams were left with only one SB from that amazing team

Never came close to the success he had with the Eagles and Rams.
He left because of the rams owner at the time. Drove him nuts.
