RIGHT on. Team Yamahas damon Bradshaw won. Yeeesssss. Great last lap by Bradshaw. Wow. Exciting finish. Guy cooper came in 8. Cool. . Love these old school supercross races. Thank YOU for sharing this
That was a very exciting ending. Bradshaw had to punt Bayle out of that rut, (not knock him down), if he wanted to win. That was great racing, and Damon should not have had to pay a fine for that pass, ($500.00). Maybe we should consider calling fines like that,---theft? :)
Emig already moved up, was full time 250 in 92. Jeremy raced the West 125 series and won (2nd time), and raced some 250 races on the East side to get his feet wet. He did about (5) 250 races in 92 I would guess, running in the top 5 once in a while. Nobody (but him) saw him coming in 93. Then they all started partying together for the next several years while MC won "back to backs", and nobody knows this,---but Jeremy was buying the beer. :) Then came RC.
They did not have enough talent in the big boys class. Emig got it a few years later. The two strokes were harder to ride than today's 4-strokes, and the track separated the talent much more than the tracks today. It was cool, because we could actually see who had the most talent and it gave the most talented something to work for. This was a GREAT race. Bayle protested that bump and Bradshaw got fined $500.00. Bayle was great, but he should not have complained about that IMO.
This is awesome, hopefully the 23’ version is epic as well 🇺🇸

These classic races at the Los Angeles Coliseum are great.
Jeremy McGrath couldn't hang with Jeff Emig back then !

@@EarthSurferUSAThis is 1990 not 1992. McGrath was a late comer to the big time whereas Emig had been a mini cycle champion and amateur top prospect.
Damm. I wanted # 43 team Kawasakis mike Craig to win. Or tallon vohland to win. I also like team Kawasaki jeff emig. Buddy antunez . . Good race tho
