Lyrically a conventional rock ballad about falling in love, but that haunting, almost melancholic keyboard - washing over a sad, plodding bassline - gives it a bittersweet feel, as if this romance is already doomed, and the singer knows (perhaps from bitter experience) there will be pain ahead.
