I tried to put more spins&fails than crashes inside, because of that double rollover. youtube does not like too many hard crashes in a single video so i hope this video is still entertaining and youtube friendly. everything is filmed by myself like always. cheers

09:00 wer immer der "Kommentator" mit dem Spruch ist, dass die Streckenposten nicht ganz dicht seien ... erstens sind das Sportwarte und die stehen an den Streckenposten und zweitens ist Doppel-Gelb das Maximum, was diese von sich aus entscheiden dürfen. Code 60 oder gar rot haben die gar nicht zu entscheiden. Doppel-Gelb mit Vorwarnung Einfach-Gelb heißt Überholverbot, max. 120km/h und ANHALTEBEREIT sein, weil die Strecke teilweise oder ganz blockiert ist. Wenn hier jemand nicht ganz dicht ist, dann sicher nicht die Sportwarte. Vielleicht einfach mal die Klappe nicht so weit aufreißen, wenn man keine Ahnung hat -.-

It doesn't matter what you are driving on this track, if you are pushing it enough to crash then you are a legend in the making. All this track wants to do is chew you up and spit you out, and that's just the straights.

wow, wenn Du das nicht gefilmt hättest, würde Dir das keiner glauben. Auf der Ecke gab es ja schon häufiger mal heftigere Unfälle, aber das war schon ordentlich. Gut, dass es keine ernsthaften Verletzungen gab.

A Local companay J. Bongard Herschbroicherstr. 2 Adenau does all recovery work on the Nurburgring. They have a storage facility where they keep the cars until owners pay up for the service provided. All these trucks are from the same company. Storage of the wreck of crouse costs money too, probably there is a difference between tourist days and races.

not sure what the rules are for the marshals at the ring, but I'm absolutely certain 'Standing there with both hands in your pockets and no flags in your hand" is strictly forbidden. WTF?
there are no marshalls or flags on days like this as far as im aware , the only flags you see are being waved by members of the public
@@melin1969 Most of these clips are from the former VLN now NLS championship, they obviously have marshalls else it would be way to dangerous to race.
@@Maenfy watched two clips in both there was an accident followed up by a pile up. Clearly not enough communication to the cars coming up.

Man, the driver of #721 has the situational awareness of an area rug.
Are the cars with racing numbers hire cars ? ( the ones that are not racing), who pays for the damage repairs
depends. If there is a professional race, it's covered by insurance. If a privat person crash, it depends if the driver has a special insurance for track use or not. If not, the driver has to pay the towing company and for every damaged section of the railing. It can be really expensive to crash on the Nürburgring... and your own damaged car comes ontop of that :D

There should be a lifetime ban from all racetracks for anyone that causes a collision under yellow flags, in my opinion.
Wäre es nicht sinnvoller, ein SC zu schicken und Full Kurse Yellow zu setzen mit Bereitschaft eines Rennabruchs zur Vermeidung weitere Aufahrunfälle wo 2 auf Dach liegen?

i have seen another roll over of a modern BMW, the round front shape makes them flip when they touch the barrier, i suppose the height and centre of gravity has also something to do with that.

Some of these guys sacrified everything just to get in one of these car, and stopping mean you get no money, + you're burning all you chances to get higher in that sport.
A crash is a crash, overdriving is your fault, and no one should helps you unless your car is on fire and you're clearly going to die. Your car, your driving skill, your fault. Plus, let me tell you that with a rollcage like they have, 4/5 point harness, an hans, and, a full bucket seat and a great helmet, they can do 15464 rolls they risk nothing.

Das Fahrzeug ist nicht auf der Strecke, Code 60 darf nur auf Anweisung des Abschnittsleiters gezeigt werden und in diesen Fall hat dieser die Situation vermutlich falsch eingeschätzt. Grundsätzlich sollten die Fahrer bei doppelgelb auch bremsbereit und aufmerksam sein (soweit das bei 120 möglich ist)

@@feelgooddany I see that you have no idea what you're talking about. According to German law, it is a tolled section of the normal public road without speed limits.
It depends on the conditions. The normal German law applies during Touristenfahrten (open for public) so you are responsible for damage that you cause to other drivers. The ring is also used as a race tracks during races and trackdays. On those days the rules of the track apply so you only pay for your own damage.
One thing that I would like to add is that during Touristenfahrten you have to respect the rules of the public road. This means that you overtake on the left side and allow other (faster) drivers to overtake you easily by moving over to the right. Also checking your mirrors every other second is highly recommended.
