How do you set the microwave? And how much time do you keep it there?
It depends on the volume, but I usually set the temperature between 100 and 120 degrees for 15 to 30 minutes.😉

Do you pour in layers to prevent cracks inside the casting? Doesn't look like you are taking time to let set and then pouring more.
I usually, To avoid layer shape I do pour at once if possible.
