@@nakanjakolianne5399 just keeping practice. dont worry. for the first time i've practiced i also got 11/20 but now the marks are always >15. You dont need to listening everyday but u should make sure that u can understand all the hören test. The substitle is the transcript, when i got some wrong question, i just turn on the substitle and read it.
