According to my understanding of Scripture, only God has ALL AUTHORITY. We do not have all authority. For example, we cannot command anything we would like---for example, a billion dollars to appear in our bank account tomorrow morning---and expect that it will happen. However, as disciples of our Messiah Jesus, we have been given a MEASURE of authority. In the context of our Training, the authority is specifically over demons and diseases when we are proclaiming the kingdom of God to unbelievers. I am very careful not to go beyond Scripture. As a teacher, I will be judged more strictly!
