Which is why it's criminal that all the big ticket infrastructure projects are all in Manila. Direct flight from Cebu to Coron, Boracay and El Nido have prop planes. The runways are shorter. Even Cebu to Davao is a prop plane. I just flew out of Davao June 7 to Cebu. There is no S pass needed just a vax card where some domestic airports they don't even check.
