On December 1st, we attended the Fajr (Dawn) Prayer in Eyüp Sultan Mosque, followed by a collective Zikir. Eyüp Sultan Mosque is famous for its morning Zikir, and many people, mostly locals, usually attend. We arrived about 15 minutes prior to the Adhan (Call to Prayer), and the mosque was nearly full inside. By the time we prayed, the courtyard was full despite a cold December morning.
