It would raise the question of how to know which person to escalate to. There's probably some design considerations around your use case, but you could try the above. @Carl de Souza thank you.... just doesn't make sense to have to train a user: this is when you use this agent script, go locate it and start it... I guess I could build one script with a section for every complex scenario in it...... That's a ton work compared to on change of a particular field here's the script you need to follow.
