You don’t need to worry about it.
Your name doesn’t matter in case of your child.
Reason why, when you apply passport for your child there will be no any parents name on her passport like india.
In canada, there is only child name, date of birth and place of birth on passport nothing else.
Do not worry about that, just fill child first name and last name carefully on passport application. Your name doesn’t matter at all.

I mean later after six months I did process for my name.
I was having my first name and last name in one column only and later I split it into first name and last name but that is a different story nothing concerning with your last question.
