I’m having issue following the stitch counts for every ensuing round 😂. I’m a beginner so it’s a bit confusing for me to decode the stitch instruction and where/what stitch to place multiple hdc in each round. I know there is a fixed pattern/interval but the total stitch count doesn’t always work out for me 😟

However, i have some challenge with understanding how you went from 104sts in th brown part to 102sts in the black part. Did you skip some stitches? If you could kindly explain, i can learn even better. Thank you so much!
One quick question after doing the Brown we end up with 104 stitches and then starting the black and after some increases we only end up with 102. The math doesn’t seem right
I count 11 stitches added after first round of black. How is it possible to have two less stitches than the 104 we were left with after finishing the brown?
That’s is not wrong, because we don’t want the brim is too wavy that’s why we start up the black part with (10HDC and Increase)x8, and 4HDC and Increase in total 102stitches.
@@MolinaDDIYcrochet Well it doesn’t make sense that you start with 104 stitches after you’re done the brown part and after increasing and you only end up with 102 stitches it makes no sense I’m sorry but you can’t end up with less when you’ve been increasing

This is a beautiful hat! I just don't understand, I did everything like the tutorial, the number of stiches is right, but the wide is different and much bigger, in mine is 18 cm and in the tutorial is 15.5, what i am doing wrong?...
After a lot of tries I finished the project, but I did just 12 round on the top, and I took 1 round of in every color ,on the last color I took off the 3 last rounds, and didn't add more stiches then the 8 that was, it was precise as the top round. and now it is like the hat on the tutorial. hope it will help! good luck!
Quick PSA: depending on the size of the hook you decide to use or have available you may need more or less rows to reach 15.5 cm. Just make sure you measure your project throughout. Don't make my mistake 😅😅
Did you figure it out yet? I had the same question because if I proceed with the pattern and do round 10 with 8 HDC, in. HDC by the time I finish the 12th row I end up with 103 stitches.

I’m confused about the pattern. Am I supposed to repeat the steps of round 9 until I get to the 13th row? Also by the time I’m done with the 11th round I have 88 stitches. Please someone help me sort out these flaws. It would be nice if you took a look at all the comments stating the flaws and reworked your pattern 😢
you have to do increasing until round 13. that means last round will be 12hdc & in. hdc.. then 14 will be hdc in back loop. 15-19 hdc in all. then the rim. 😊

Just confused. Your white and brown part , 104 sts . And 102 sts for the black part , yet you didnt have dec in your pattern.

(Black Part): if you make the increase more than 8times so the stitches will be more increases. And the brim will be more wavy. That’s it.

I always do your patterns and I love them all but I am stuck on row 5. I can't fit 45 hdc into 32 of them. Not by 3dc and a Inc.
It should be 40 instead of 45

Assuming where you have HDC In, it should be decrease in the later rounds

6:05 your written pattern on screen is not correct it. On round 5 it should be 40 sts not 45 right?
