Shea…I used to use the sea moss (Irish moss) in my business of raw desserts and chocolates. I made chocolate mousse pie and lemon meringue pie with it. It helps set it up and is an emulsifier. Just put it in your smoothie. You won’t taste it and it should add a great texture. 😊

If we are no longer using plastic cutting boards, bottles, food storage containers, etc. why are we still wearing polyester, which is plastic, clothes? Microbiome expert Mary Ruddick has a great blog explaining why that's not a great idea for our skin and hormone health for those who have an interest in this sort of thing :).

that vitamin C packet is a HUGE waste of money, literally just eat a few oranges like seriously that is the very best and cheapest way. You also get excess vitamin C this way too, not just with powder. come on
