Amazingly awesome song. However, fury was slightly inaccurate. As many people have pointed out you wouldn't just get five tanks roaming alongside the countryside, they would be escorting, infantry or other vehicles. Not to mention the only tank that can do some damage to the tiger is fury which is a Sherman Firefly. The other 75 mm cannons would just bounce off, also, fury would have been the first tank hit by the tiger because fury was leading the column. They wouldn't just hit the tank at the back of the column, they would hit the front and the rear tank to trap the rest of the column on the road. This strategy was employed by many German tank commanders, including Michael Whitman, demonstrating it very well at the Battle of villas Bocage. Whitman destroyed 15 tanks in a matter of minutes and disabled an entire convoy with the strategy. Not to mention the tiger would not have to move to get closer in order to do damage, he's got the more powerful gun and is heavily concealed. All together. It's a good movie but historically not a very good movie but entertaining nonetheless
But in reality it's different, we are talking about exhausted soldiers probably on drugs to stay awake and affraid of course because he is facing 4 tanks on his own, reality is not a video game and humans make mistake so even if it's a movie, this could have happend in reality
@@french_tankwell, you're talking about US troops, US tanks did not just roam the countryside alone. That's not the way they were used, they were always escorting other vehicles or infantry. That's American regulations for the army during the second world war.
