Blue Lagoon Beach Sand Pagudpud Ilocos Norte Hannah's Zipline. The Blue Lagoon stretches for less than a kilometer and has crystal blue waters. The sand is similar to Boracay station 2 but in terms of the view it is more majestic with hills and rocks in the background. Do not expect a boardwalk lined with restaurants and hotels, as there are only two main hotels here - Hannah's Beach Resort and Kapuluan Vista Resort. Rates start at PHP 2,700 per night and they accept credit cards. Hannah's also recently started operating the longest zipline in the world at 1.15 kilometers which costs PHP 500.00 per person ($US 12.50) which starts from a nearby hill to Hannah's resort over the Blue Lagoon.

my last memory of the blue lagoon in pagudpud when i was a kid was a beautiful pristine blue water near a tree and a house, the days when hannahs didnt exist yet, not as dirty and not that crowded

Hi Jason, you shouldn't have any issues as long as you don't go down a deserted unlit street but this applies anywhere in the world. Stick to the main roads and better yet go around with local friends who know the area. Have a great trip! Cheers!

If you go there, make sure you go around with local people that you know, like relatives of your mom, that you can trust. and don't go out to early in the morning and don't stay ouside or in the road to late or when it's dark.

I'm pretty sure the distance of Blue Lagoon, where Hannah's is located, is much more than 520 kms. Pagudpud town proper itself is already 561 kms from Manila.
