    Nice video shoot. These are different from other youtuber. Using closed door with theraband exercising are great.
    I am going for these, I have pain in right shoulder rotator cuff.

    Your videos across all platforms are very helpful and gentle. Thank you for sharing. Why is it so important to not raise the shoulders to the ears?

      If your shoulder drifts up to your ears that means you are using your upper trap instead of your rotator cuff muscles. And since the upper traps aren't meant to make that movement it can lead to overuse related pain and tightness.
