Verse 10 is my favorite. Truth is revealed by the spirit. James 1 :5 says if we lack wisdom we can ask God, and he will answer us. Matthew 7 :7 Ask and ye shall receive, seek and ye shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you. If any struggle with belief, they can ask God if the gospel is true and by the Spirit he will reveal it. That is how one can gain a testimony of Christ.
Love the teaching of this scripture...Very interesting...Just got this in Bible class and decided to research if it would be here and bamb.. appreciate!!!
(1) Jesus said within John 3:3-8 -> "Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God...That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again." (2) Paul says within 1 Corinthians 15:50-57 -> "Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality." (3) 1 Peter 1:23 & 1 John 3:9 say "Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God." It is clear that no matter what sins a person's body of flesh commits, that it has no impact on their eternal salvation. A saved person in this life has a born again incorruptible (sinless) Spirit, but a corrupted (sinful) body of flesh. God is going to change every saved person's evil body into a glorious body like his at the day of redemption (Philippians 3:21).
