i did a few tweaks before it came back, and surprisingly your tutorial works but in my case first it was already network accessed but the problem is still limited connection then I noticed that the date was wrong july 17 2024 and this time it was sep 17 2024, so I changed that to current date first before turning on network access and it worked. Hope someone has the same problem as me and find this helpful

You should be able to use your phone without Google login. What phone do you have?

My android tv network (hotspot) status is Limited Connection. Can not run TH-cam. Change system date in my phone to Network Provided Time. Change system date in my android tv to Network Provided Time. Now youtube working. Might apply to other devices.
