Muzan actually does not see Gyutaro as weak! Gyutaro is actually one of Muzan's favorite demons beacuse of Gyutaro's personality. That's mostly the reason why Muzan let him stay upper rank 6
With Daki, I wonder if people realize why the upper six kept their position for over 200 years. With cheat skills like with Daki.. the upper moons are able to keep their position even if a Hashira managed to cut off their heads.
