Sorry for a year of not posting anything.
This vid is something I needed to make after being exposed to r/Deltarune on reddit, as some people there went crazy after the "fall newsletter" from Toby Fox (since we didn't get a proper status update last year). Don't go there folks, it's a complete mess full of old and overused memes!
I have some old unifished stuff to post here on yt, so you can expect more content from me every now and then.

I'm a depressed, polite IRL secret boss. 😂
TOTALLY OBSESSED with UT/DR, constantly consuming fan works, researched just about everything, have SO many (finished & unfinished) essays & analysis about them, 80% fluent in uppercase wingdings, bought SO much official & fan merch... But as desperate as I am for more Deltarune, I absolutely want Toby & team to take their time, & am willing to wait as long as it takes.
...Also a side of Content Creator, but the vast majority are WIPs (fanart, fanfic, animatics, audio skits, & character-based music playlists) I keep adding to & not finishing due to my darn crippling perfectionism. 🥲 (Though people enjoy the few fanarts I've forced myself to release).

Being such a big fan doesn't mean that you cannot also be a patient one! 💗
And while some fans here forget about respecting creators and their working process, it's still a great community with amazing people in it! 🧡

Welp, there are many alternative fanmade variations of Spamton, but there aren't as many of them as au Sanses, so... I think the fandom is mostly done with that part (^～^;)ゞ

I just have a feeling deep down that Toby will never finish the game. I know, that it isn't true, but this feeling help me to forget about the project (not only deltarune) and recall only when I can get the continue.
I'm almost fully convinced that chapters 3 and 4 will come out this year. We have waited for so long, we're getting really close dear fellow TH-cam user!

-I have absolutely had dreams about the next chapters coming out. Obsessed to the point where my brother will leave the room sometimes if I start talking about Deltarune. Yes I make memes.
-I can’t speak fluent WingDings BUT I have an extensive series of theory notes, a massive backlog of Deltarune theory videos, and my crowning achievement: a massive google doc identifying and analyzing every leitmotif in the Deltarune soundtrack.
You're a passionate fan while remaining a sane and polite person! Many should learn from your big respect given to creators, as it doesn't mean that you care less if you are patient. Good job! 😁🧡

When you (I) fall under literally every single category, at least by a point, you know there's something wrong with you (me). Although I gotta admit, IRL secret boss is DEFINITELY the closest to myself, with the exception that I never *truly* learned how to read Wingdings, despite having a system to, simply because I have bigger things going on than trying to read a font that nobody uses other than this community. I still will learn, just gotta find the time. Also verge of madness reaching maximum capacity, hence the "other things to do" other than Wingdings...

@@marioluigibros.8176 There's like a bassline that's different in both. In card castle and this its more of a beep beep and then stops for a bit and then beep beeps again. In chaos king however it's ba ba ba ba ba ba and continuously plays if that makes sense

I actually would say I am polite. I understand how much effort and love is put into these indie games. Silksong, GD 2.2 (Finally released!), and Deltarune. I’ll wait forever to enjoy these amazing projects. Of course you can always criticize. While Toby is amazing and often informs us of progress via the newsletters, some devs don’t inform enough, but Toby doesn’t have this issue really, so I have zero complaints. Sadly I only have the spamtong plush. I also have papyrus and sans though. I might lean into depressed but luckily I don’t watch Jaru that much cuz his theories are a bit too silly, but it’s just theories so it’s fine if you enjoy em.
Yeah, it's really kind of Toby to give us some information from time to time, because not every developer does that. Huge respect to him and his team for that 💗
@@theselilregrets A trap a lot of indie devs get into is working on something a ton but not informing the player base of progress which is most seen in Silksong which we get virtually no information about directly for Team Cherry

Well, Flowey was created with the extracted determination from the six souls, so canonically, he didn't meet any humans other than Frisk and Chara. Other than that though, it's mostly faithful to the canon

Oh, I meant that it is nothing compared to the crazyness of r/deltarune (especially in autumn 2023) 😂 or also that it is in similar state to it after *only 2 years* of no content (besides the newsletters, status updates and Spamton Sweepstakes), while the Hollow Knight fans have already had to wait *6 years* with no clear statements about the release of Silksong.
