I tear up. No one will experience the same emotions and feelings as I do listening to this. My heart has bloomed. It's open. We are truly alone. But, it's ok. The outside world may be cold, but mu heart is warm.
What makes me sad is, in my country where this type of genre originates, it didn't get much appreciation. Because we are just a small Hindu minority in islam majority country. They even say the music is forbidden in islam 🙄
Oh come on I’m Muslim and I’m enjoying this. Our people chose to convert please don’t spread hate. We are the most misrepresented religion on Earth. Let’s just enjoy the music and get along please
if you look at their instruments and the way they use percussion in live and studio performances, GY bases itself more in Balinese Gamelon music then stretches itself to other genres of music
i don't really care about the genre, it's the music that matters, and this speaks for itself.
i am in another world when i hear this!
You're so right, I wish all music could exist by itself, without the need for genre
the instrument at the beginning...anytime i hear it, i can't not think of Akira....

La soledad a veces también abandona y nos hace extrañarla.
TH-cam has many gamelan videos. excellent. the album Bali Dua is also very nice.
This is all based off the Indonesian traditional orchestra called the Gamelan, a bit more Balinese sounding as opposed to Javanese. Badassss

Then why not try and promote it then? It might be outstanding when it’s heard more!

What are the names of the instruments in this Timeless Score! Reply if you know!
It's Geinô Yamashirogumi's own _semar pegulingan_ and _jegog_ ensembles, as well as their Yamaha DX7II (played by Yamashiro himself).
this is like tetsuo theme (good ending)
Ennio Morricone vibes
I guess Geinoh is the Japanese Ennio
I'm guessing they liked the gated reverb sound on the drums....
