This is great, but it would be even better if you could share some examples of how a typical exchange of labor for food takes place. I would love to start something like this in my area.
Hey Rasha. Forgive us for the 8 years radio silence. We stopped the channel back in 2016 and it's sat dormant however we are coming back with a whole heap of new videos!! So some of the customers paid back in labour by working as servers/chefs/cleaners for the cafe. Others did some 'handyman' work - painting walls/fixing various things that cropped up. It meant the cafe had a community feel because a lot of the clientele stuck around and got involved in running the cafe. It was great!
