I lowe the 705A and and I completely agree with you about it. When it's in the right spot against the right targets it can do extremely well. Other times it's just in the wrong place and struggles to work. Not a bad tank at all, just limited.

this tank also has a strip of armor between the tracks & spaced upperside armor which is 100 mm and can be penned easily from close range not alot of people know this but you can deal way way faster against this tank if you know this

Skill, why you never use improved hardening on tanks? On things like this rear mounted turret superheavy is one of the better choices, since you are harder to track due to increased tracks HP, repair speed, and on top of that you have +250 hitpoints. I dont think optics or vents are a better option for this kind of tank at all xD.
This tank always remind me of the Taran, by the way, What are the chances that the obj 120 Taran might be introduced in the game as a turreted TD response of the grille?
705A is a great tank on certain maps. At hills or facing heavy armour tanks, that gun is the biggest downfall for it with that low pen and inaccuracy. High pen He shells can also do a lot of module damage towards rear side armour when you side scrape.
I am currently playing with IS-M and I can say when you are playing with your tiers its beast, sidescrap works pretty well, I hope 705a will be as good as IS-M.
I know this is an older video and you probably already know this but you don’t need to load heat against 60tp because the 705a has a 152mm so you can overmatch the 60tp’s forehead (50mm)
im looking forward to 45.02b and if you go as low as tier 7 the t71da. play a few rounds with t71 anyway, you will like it. i only have good games if i hold back till second half of battle but people don't like that lol

Hi Baboon King Currently stuck whether should I play and grind Obj 705A or 60TP. I used to play VK100.01P and i still love it with all my heart but I need something new.
I find this tank better than E100, a tiny touch better than 60tp, better than AMX and IS4 so it’s definitely a playable tank. If this tank gets hull down you can cry in a corner.
Highly disagree with ppl saying that the 705A is a bad tank, it's a very good tank especially for new players and I find it ez to play, it's only downfault is its gun depression which is aweful, its reload is not bad, it gets the job done, has good speed, compared to some other super heavies, and its armour is godlike, ppl sometimes even struggle to fire HE at the tank.

It’s crazy the things you do and the results you get in the same tanks that I do those same things and get a very different/worse result consistently.

Philosophist funny enough not many people spam HE at it which is weird. Even if they do the heavy liner soaks up a lot of dmg.

I wouldn't say it's a down right bad tank, it's optional tank. It can defend position within zero efs given.

The biggest problem I have with this tank is the stupid turret. As you’ve see, you can get penetrated in the front because it’s literally flat.
Obj 705a was my first t10 tank, and I quite enjoy it, though people say it's not great, I simply enjoy it bcoz it's my first t10 tank

Tier for Tier the IS-M worked better for me. I got 2 marks within 80 battles. But i can't make the 705A work as good ( i am close to first mark )

You are giving up 10% on every crew member to get that instead of just using the crew perk to reduce the chance of that happening. Nuff said
