Vickee Beard aw that's so exciting! So you want to make sure it has an rpm of around 30,000 but it's really hard to tell a bad file until you use it yourself. You want one with low vibration, high speed and a safety click to secure the bit. I'm sure your Educator will be able to point you in the right direction but I would 100% recommend this one, it is defo worth the money and as the saying goes, pay cheap pay twice! So if you can get your hands on this one go for it x

The “screws and stuff” are actually replacement brushes for the motor. It is a brush motor. Hth.

The foot peddle just turns it on and off, does not adjust the speed
