Salads are a great way to experiment! I really appreciate the flavor combos they do in this cookbook and feel like it's perfect to either do their way or use it as a base for your own creations.
Good morning Leta … I was actually looking for a Salad cookbook and totally agree with you with the cons you mentioned. ❤ the suggestion plus I’m from Montreal 😊. Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦
I really love a good salad cookbook! I have another one I'm going to try to put on the channel soon. Have you eaten at any of their locations in Montreal? The pictures of the restaurants look so good!!
Leta do you have the cookbook: Best Ever Chicken - The Definitive Cook's Collection: 200 Step by Step Chicken Recipes by Consultant Editor: Linda Fraser? I would like to see if you would cook something from this wonderful cookbook. It opens with the how to: Choosing a Chicken (Rock Cornish Hens; Broiling Chicken; Roasters; Boiling Fowl; Corn-Fed Chicken; Frying Chickens); Cuts of Chicken; Trussing Poultry; Roasting Poultry; Cutting up Poultry; Boning a Chicken; Butterflying Poultry; Making Poultry Stock; Making Poultry Sautes; Poaching, Casseroling & Braising Chicken; Five Stuffings for Chicken; Frying Chicken. All of that teaches the How To in cooking chicken. It has some good chicken recipes. So many creative recipes you can cook with that bird!
