Salt literally hydrates you. That’s what electrolytes are. It’s makes your body more efficient at retaining water. Osmosis is all about the body using salt to move water around the body. Without the right amount of water and salt your body becomes less efficient. If your get too much salt, the balance in your blood is disrupted and it starts to dehydrate you. Because the salt start to pull water outside cells instead of pulling it inside cells.
That's not how that works at all. All water has salt in it called electrolytes. It's not the kinda salt that dehydrates you it's actually what lets your muscles move, nerves communicate and heart beat. Regardless of any of that the amount of salt you'd have to add to cause any accelerated dehydration would be so high it would settle out before purchase and drink powder wouldn't mix in due to saturation.

Also the stamina that you mentioned at 30:46 there's a mod called movement_company and if it works then it removes stamina and you can move really fast

I like the QOL stuff like a little more stamina so it makes things difficult still but I have the option to run if I plan right, even more so with brutal company on Im forced into quicker thinking so. I like those two for my gameplay
theres another version of the mod manager called r2modman, it doesn't have any ads, and doesn't run using overwolf, which means it uses WAY less resources (not that it really matters when playing on a stream PC lmao)
Love the vid but one thing that is a little bit annoying is when they have loot but keep going back in and never collect the loot. If you’re worried about losing everything then just one person go get it leaving the other person in the ship.
