I wanna thank you for this video, because this was the video that inspired me 7 years ago to start spinning poi. Something about this video sparked my curiosity and my love for poi. Even watching it today, I’m still finding new things about it that I love. So again, thank you 🙏🏽
I wanna thank you for sharing that, makes me (and probably everyone involved in this video creation) so very happy to hear that this video sparked a creative/curious poi journey for a viewer. To me that means this video was a great success so thank you again for sharing 🙏
Thank you for the inspiration brother. I just bought my first set of these. I will light up Glasgow. My skills not here yet. This time next year, I will make that my mission. ❤️✨❤️
You are really fantastic and given me a few new ideas to work on. I LOVE that you dropped your poi and left it in the vid ~applauds~ We are all human and don't need to edit the crap out of our spins. much
This video is so great because not only is your talent shining, your personality comes right through the screen! The audio is great, as is the setting. I just began teaching myself to spin a few months ago... Started with shoe strings and tennis balls! Moved to a set of inexpensive poi and am ordering my first set of podpoi this week. Stoked! Thanks for sharing :)
I love your style! :) seeing you play gives me motivation to go on learning...but it is such a looong way...! You are doing a great Job! If you ever come to Koh Phangan tell me and teach me!! Thanks for that video! :)
HOW DOES THIS STILL HAVE LESS THAN 100K VIEWS??!?!?!?! This was the video thst showed me the value of symmetry and it's hypnotic properties. Hope to see another video of you with lights some day ^__^
hi im learning and this is amazing. Can you tell me what the move is called at 3:12 I believe the poi are linked together and if this was a baton it would do the same. Although, i cant find video on how to spin this way? Thank you so much and i love watching this video. great job!
Hi, thanks for the kind words :) In the beginning of the video you can see how I link the handles together to create a meteor from 2 podpoi with single loop handles. What you see at 3.12 is meteor spinning, just like staff spinning :) Same same but different! ;) Good luck!
Thomas Johansson And how is the move called you do during the meteor? The pois moving towards each other and after crashing into your hand they move the opposite direction. Want to learn it so bad! ( 03:13 )
Hey, thomas thats was really a beautiful sample of tricks! Your flow is terrific! I'd like to ask you, is your poi's just set for your shoulder length?
hey there! this is an amazing piece of art. for me poidancing is still a bit of a mystery how to do it and what potential it has and i was literally stunned when i saw how you had so many style variations in this act. how long do you do this yet and through wich platforms did you learn your moves? well anyway thanks for this inspiring video :D

Four pod poi
Buzzsaw fountain or buzzsaw with turns? Hope that helps? :)
Hey, thomas thats was really a beautiful sample of tricks! Your flow is terrific! I'd like to ask you, is your poi's just set for your shoulder length?
I mean arms length to shoulder* also id like to know how you hold your poi's to allow yourself to switch and throw..?
dope
Wow:o so amazing! 😭😍 how long does it take to get to that level. Started using poi a while ago but i wish i could find better poi tutorials!
hey there! this is an amazing piece of art. for me poidancing is still a bit of a mystery how to do it and what potential it has and i was literally stunned when i saw how you had so many style variations in this act.
how long do you do this yet and through wich platforms did you learn your moves?
well anyway thanks for this inspiring video :D
p.s. the meteor tricks a soooo cool!
I practise fire poi and to me it’s really disappointing it’s too big, you can do the same thing with the smaller ones and it’s too bulky
tut on 1:37 -1:50 please lol
