My layman’s interpretation is that about 10 million votes are fraudulent in 2020, all for Biden. I would look at other candidates in swing States to see if there is a Biden only vote gap. I would suspect universal Covid mail out ballots got returned regardless of signature verification. This might reduce the over vote by 6-7 million. However, because of the US Electoral College, the votes in 7 States might require computer help to create the final 3 million vote difference. There is enough smoke to warrant an investigation of these issues by experts in each area.
